1:1 nutrition coaching
You're eating less than ever. So why do you still feel stuck?
Maybe the answer isn't eating even less. Let's talk about what your body has been trying to tell you.
No payment, no pressure.
Does this sound familiar?
"I eat tiny portions, track everything, and the scale still won't move."
The stuck scale"By 3 PM I'm running on coffee and willpower."
The afternoon crash"Around 8 PM I want something sweet, badly."
Night cravings (not a lack of discipline)"Planning, counting and worrying about food is exhausting."
Food on the brain
If you nodded at even two of these, a short call will tell us a lot.
How I help
- First
We look at how you feel
Sleep, energy, digestion, stress. We start with what your days actually look like, not a generic plan.
- Then
We add food back, gently
Small, steady changes that give your body more fuel without feeling like another diet.
- Finally
You stop needing rules
We phase out the tracking until you can eat by feel.
What's included in 1:1 coaching
- A plan built around you. No copy-paste menus. Your favourite foods stay in.
- Messages when you need me. Ask a question about a menu or a rough day and get an answer.
- A check-in every two weeks. We look at how you feel, not just the scale, and adjust.
- Eating out, travel and family meals. We plan for real life.
Your dietitian
Hi, I'm Sarah
I'm a Registered Dietitian. I spent eight years in hospital nutrition before starting my own practice, because I kept meeting smart, disciplined people who did everything "right" and still felt awful.
The pattern was always the same: eat less, feel worse, try harder. So I do the opposite. I listen first, we add before we take away, and we build habits that fit your real week, school runs and work dinners included.
Outside work you'll find me in my kitchen testing a new soup, or out walking with my dog, Biscuit.
"Food should feel like support, not a test."

Questions you might have
Is the call really free?
Yes. It's 15 minutes to hear what's going on and see if we'd work well together. There's nothing to pay and no obligation.
Do I have to give up foods I love?
No. You'll likely find yourself eating more variety, not less.
What if I've tried everything already?
That's exactly who I work with. If another diet were the answer, you'd have found it by now.
Do we meet online?
Yes, by video, so you can book from anywhere.

Sarah Jenkins Day before Tomorrow at 10:00 AM, one question for you Hi Anna, a quick reminder, and something to think about.
Hi Anna,
Just a friendly reminder that we're talking tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Your video link is in your calendar invite.
One thing to think about tonight: when during the day do you feel your worst, and what have you eaten before that? Don't overthink it. A rough guess is perfect.
See you tomorrow,
Sarah
Sarah Jenkins If they didn't pick a time The 3 PM crash isn't your fault Hi Anna, you started booking, so I wanted to share this.
Hi Anna,
You started booking a call but didn't finish, and that's completely fine. Life gets busy. I wanted to leave you with something useful anyway.
If you hit a wall around 3 PM, it's often not willpower. It can simply be not enough fuel earlier in the day. A breakfast with some protein and a proper lunch can make the afternoon feel very different. Try it for a few days and see.
If you'd like to talk it through, I have a few free slots this week.
